Wonderful people, excellent service, and then there's the fabric!
The staff helped me select a new machine that has all the features I really want and not too many bells and whistles that I'll never use. They have all the useful accessories and gorgeous fabrics for quilters and crafters. The owner expertly repaired an older machine that I keep for use when I'm the family's traveling mending-and-alterations person. Grand Junction is lucky to have such a quality place for serious sewing.
My home away from home. I place I get to be around Great People with a shared love of sewing, embroider and quilting. I have gotten so know and love many wonderful ladies with hearts of gold in this store. Much Love!
There are not many businesses that go out of their way for you as much as Jeff does. Lunch provided with certain classes, water and soda always available, great help with your machines and projects and help picking out fabrics. The people who work there will help you out with anything sewing related. And in my opinion Jeff is fair to all customers

Jeff and his staff provide some of the best customer service in the valley. I recently attended a class on my new Bernina sewing machine, where Jeff was the instructor and it was most informative. Jeff not only knows about the machines but it was presented in terms that I could easily understand. Thanks again Jeff and your great staff.
Not only have I had issues with them personally, but I just had a friend bring me a machine they had supposedly serviced and replaced the tensioner on. There was tons of lint in the bobbin area, the needle was put in wrong, and the tensioner they "replaced" wasn't even put together correctly. And they paid them $100 for it!
Business response:
I stand behind my work, I would be glad to correct the issue at no additional cost and I am very curious to see how that could have happened so it will not happen in the future. Please have your friend bring in the machine or I will even go to her house to check it out. I would love to have you come in the store and talk to me, Jeff to get your take on how we can do a better job.
Jeff, the owner is very nice and knows just about everything there is to know. I love that they have different sewing classes. There is something for everyone. The employees are all very nice, helpful and very knowledgeable.
