25 minutes agoNEW We have a bernina 480 which jammed and we had to take for repair. Hi fashion took ten days to fix and spent two hours fixing. The machine was less than a year old. When we asked about the warrenty we were told that it was due to use. Jeff told us that it had jammed and did not know why and it was not covered by warrenty. Jeff did not give an explanation of why the jam occurred and was very arrogant and not very customer friendly.
