I absolutely love this office. They always go above and beyond. Super polite, on top of things and all while be short staffed. Please remember be kind and courteous to the staff they are doing the best they can with the employees they have. Thank you too all the ladies and gentlemen of Dr.Fraschetti's office! Both YV and 29 palms location. You're the best!
Front desk was so rude to me I just decided to not even try to go... yall lost a patient due to her rudeness!!! Plus when I had told her that I usually go to the one in yucca she still asked me what doctor I see.... I asked, "what" because OBVIOUSLY she didnt even try to listen and then she sighed HEAVILY when she had to repeat herself because of her own ignorance. Hire better for your front desk, you may get more patients
