Our experience with Hi-Def Landscapes was very disappointing. We hired Hi-Def to put in our new backyard in fall 2019. Pros: We were very happy with the design we created with Jean-Michel. They were willing to solve problems that occurred during the project. Cons: Poor implementation of the plan - Tons of mistakes and lots of excuses. Lies! - When the city inspector came to check the pergola they were building, he noted that the wood Hi-Def used was not what was specified on their plans. HI-DEF was great to work with and they did an amazing job on our backyard!
We are very happy with all the work HI DEF did for us! Steve is easy to get a hold of, our yard looks great, and everything was at a reasonable price!
I am an employee at hi def. Not only are these the best people I have ever worked for in my 15 years of landscape and irrigation. But they are also honest and kind, and treat there employees as good as they treat their customers. Never been happier at work. Thanks guys
