I walked into the Hi Blinds Silverwater factory today without any notice. I soon noticed the large factory setup and I was just coming in to try to get parts for my vertical blinds. I felt like I might be wasting their time. However Franco the manager was extremely helpful, taking time out of his no doubt busy day, opening boxes and finding exactly what I needed (many bottom weights and also chain to match that is not shown in the photo I uploaded).
