Very horrible driver pulls out in the Charlotte area on island highway before the bride without any lights, warnings or other employees around to give warning to on coming traffic. Wife almost rear-ended the heavy equipment due to lack of safety systems in place, car behind us almost hits us and car in other lane avoiding us. We were even more then a block from any construction area! What is wrong with the people who are being hired! The did it just to go get gas in town at QualityDairy gas station!
