These guys are awesome, they went above and beyond with my warranty and got as much stuff covered as possible so I didn’t have to come out of pocket. I called from out of state to have them fix my daughters car while attending college- they came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Steve and his team were very thorough and most of all very fair! They gave me a written inspection and gave me all the choices. Couldn’t be more impressed and satisfied!
Don’t ever use this place!! Worst customer service ever. This place did the old “bait and switch” on me. I had some work done on my 02 Sierra hd a few years ago. I originally came here because of an injector problem and they were one a few “GM certified” repair shops. Keep in mind I live over an hour away so making the decision to come to H&I was thought out. I regret my decision btw. Fast forward to this week, I have a fuel pressure problem that my local place diagnosed and quoted. The part is a very expensive part so they ... read more

We did not charge you for your visit today and we gave you the option to have us diagnose your vehicle and you declined to do so. Your original repair was performed in July of 2015 and we have not seen your vehicle since. Again we are sorry we made a mistake but that is all we did.

Spencer and his team are fabulous! Not only do they do amazing work, but as part of your service they do an in depth inspection of your vehicle and keep track of your upcoming services for you. They also have service programs that provide extended warranties!!
