I used to love Hi Auto repair. Hi did a great job and was very fair. BUT... I don't think Hi is there anymore. I'm not a fan of the new guy. I don't believe a word he says. I took my car in to run the computer and see what the check engine light was about. He kept my car for 4 days and never even ran the computer diagnostic. I finally just showed up and took my car back. Weirdly, my front wheels were off when I got there. Why? To run a computer? It just seemed very odd. I can't imagine what they were doing to my car. I have been taking cars here for 20 years. George and his team are honest and get the job done right at a fair price. Thanks for keeping my cars on the road.
I called to get a quote. The guy asked for all of the vehicle info. Told him what I needed done and that it was not a rush and not too serious. Just wanted to get it done before it got bad. He lied and said his guys were looking in to it. He never called back.
They got the job done, but didn't deliver the service at the agreed upon price.
Everyone here was extremely kind when my head gasket failed me! Great communication. George is very nice and was recommended to me by a friend!
