After bringing my children to this office for years, I was honestly shocked by how we were treated over a $41 balance today. Instead of handling the situation professionally or with any level of understanding, the staff’s behavior felt completely disproportionate and, frankly, disrespectful. Long-term patients should be treated with a little more courtesy and communication.
