Brought my son today for his first ever dentist appointment and as soon as we sat down, Jessica the dental assistant was SO good with him. Reassuring him and being so kind with each step. As a mom, that means a lot. Then, Dr.Tabares came in and just like Jessica, he was so kind and explained everything in detail ( and in a way that I can fully understand ). Loved it here and will be bringing my daughter for her first appointment too!
I honestly thought this place was decent at first — my two oldest kids had no major issues besides the so-so customer service, but I stuck around because they were comfortable with their dentist, Andreina. Big mistake. Recently, I took my 3-year-old in, and they found cavities. Their immediate recommendation? Sedation. My husband and I were NOT comfortable with that. I just left Hi-5 children's dentistry and want to give a shout out to their team!! Thank you Dr. Tabares, coming to any dr. or dentist appt.has always been rough for my daughter. But you did great with her!! She listened to you more than she did with me to stay still while in her seat. Kudos to the lady that was with her the entire morning as well( from taking her xray pics to cleaning her mouth, she did an amazing job!!) I can't thank you guys enough for what you do.
