Josh delayed my appointment in the morning and then rescheduled for later in the afternoon but could not make either appointment. Afterwards, he rescheduled for the next but ended up missing the appointment again and did not return any calls. Overall very poor and unprofessional experience.
Josh did not show up to the job he accepted from us and then did not return any phone calls or text messages. Caused us to lose a client and caused an extremely poor experience for our customer.
