Terrible managers and awful online payment systems. Also they tried to charge $6 to change a lightbulb…
I DEEP CLEANED the place. Didn’t get my deposit back… There was an electrical issue with a light fixture and had maintenance try to come fix it. They said it was the lightbulb so they changed it. The light continued to flicker, but they charged us for a new lightbulb a week later when we moved out. Head management doesn’t talk to their staff. Hello, I wanted to start this out by saying I was under the impression that both me and my partners credit score and income was to be averaged after we applied. I do not appreciate Courtney lying to me and I REALLY don’t appreciate Courtney lying to my partner. This is very unprofessional and misleading. Either she didn’t have her facts straight and should be taught better or this company does this to mislead people into applying so the company can get money from people who apply.
