When I first inquired about an apartment at this property, we had a verbal agreement on the phone about a six month lease at 1,175 per month. When I arrived, they surprised me with a lease filled out for a term of one year and they told me if I wanted A six month lease I would have to pay an extra hundred dollars a month. Absolutely hate this place and everybody associated with it is a giant loser. Hallways are always filthy, managers have no respect for anybody and talk to you like there mad you’re making them do their jobs, they like to serve no cause evictions and refuse to answer any questions about it. the apartment was not move in ready when we moved in.Overall living here was just a horrible experience
Absolutely horrible managers who think it’s normal to evict people for no reason right before Christmas. I thought you had to have a reason to evict someone but aparently you can just evict someone because you feel like it. When I went to ask them why we were being evicted I was told “it’s just a decision that has been made” when I asked by who they said “ yeah it was just made” and they refused to give me any more information. So if you don’t want to get evicted for fun definitely go live anywhere else.

If you like loud parties and your car broken into, high rent and dog doo doo everywhere, HHPM apartments is the place to rent. And forget about getting your deposit back. We had enough so we moved elsewhere.
