Drake Townhomes are very nice and well kept. The staff is amazing and checks in regularly to make sure everything is going well. The communication doesn’t stop once you sign your lease like other rental properties. I receive emails, calls, and texts with updates, check-ins, and everything else to make you feel welcome. I was very impressed with the size of my unit and how well kept it was. The area is very nice and close to lots of stores. I’m happy I stumbled across this property!
The maintenance staff is very responsive and does a quick and through job. I've been here almost 3 months and everything that was promised to me when I signed my lease has been done. Security door fixed, carpet in main areas replaced, assigned parking spaces painted and laundry room renovated. Thank you!
Gold Key Apartments - nice spacious apartment for the price. Hardwood floors nice and makes it easy to clean. The Landlord and property manager are nice and check in with you to make sure everything is going well. Only problem I've had was when I first moved in they had pre-preventive spray for termites and the service tracked dirt through my apartment that I had to clean. Other than that everything is great!
