Our brand new HHHunt house came with a pool of standing water underneath it. HHHunt ignored our claim about the issue for close to half a year even though it was raised within our 11 months warranty term; meanwhile, mold started to grow, and we had to hire a contractor to fix the issue by ourselves. We ended up installing a sump pump due to the massive pool of water under the crawl space.
