Very poor warranty service: no one answers to emails and phone calls. Even if you get a crew to address the repair the job is done with very poor quality.
I would seriously reconsider buying a new home from this builder . We bought a new home from them in 2009. During the final walkthrough I notice the wall of cabinets in the kitchen look a different color...they were! ...and 8 months later they couldn't match them and they had to put different facing on the either 15 cabinets. Soon after closing, our home wouldn't cool down and we found they didn't put the right size AC unit (we had 2). They had to replace the unit with the correct size. If I could give them zero stars I would.Can not get any warranty work done even after talking to the higher ups.Very misleading company and the quality sux. MY ADVICE IS RUN FAR AWAY!!!!
I would not buy a home from these guys ever again. My wife and I went into the process thinking that buying a new home and making all the specific selections that we wanted would be a joy. Boy were we WRONG!! HHHunt limits most of what you can do/change or upgrade to the basics and in some cases the bare minimum. We had to fight tooth and nail to (PAY THEM) to make changes not to the floor plan but to the items and materials used in the home.
