Very, very poor customer service. HHHunt claims that they offer a 10 year structural warranty on new homes. We found that a piece of the trim was not properly installed during the building process. The warranty department was not helpful at all and quickly steered me away. It’s one thing to understand that something was done wrong and then make the attempt to make it right. But, it’s another thing to make no effort whatsoever. I’m very unhappy with this builder. I do not recommend HHHUNT.

I Currently Reside at one of the Apartment Complex in MD, since day one we have had nothing but problems with One of the manager in the office, communication with them is horrible, NATASHA DELONG (Assistant Property Manager) is not at all customer friendly, she is the definition of price goughing, notices that are sent out to tenants are never delivered in a timely manner, notices are typed and date stamped but not delivered to tenants until days later. i have had maintenance people in my apt and yet NO ONE can ever tell me ... read more

Do not buy a house from them they will lie and there design staff and sales staff is horrible. They are not honesty and are very shady and lie . And will force you to do what they want . Stay far away from this builder.
