Absolutely horrendous experience attempting to have a dishwasher installed. Your employees have no clue what they are talking about and neither does the company who was supposed to install it. Never again.

We purchased a washer and dryer - latest Samsung models, full warranty, all the bells and whistles, on back order of course. Waited patiently for weeks and they ARRIVED!! Sales crew did a great job but delivery service is very unprofessional and not consumer centric. Delivery window was scheduled for 3 hours. We called to see if there were any issues. Now delivery is acheduled at 9pm this evening. The consumer experience after purchase gets tossed to the curb. HH Gregg should know better. Totally let down by the breakdown on the processes.
###hhgregg ###warrantech###quickserv. I have officially been without my high tech washer that I paid top dollar for, since Feb 13, 2016. It is now March 5, 2016 & I'm at a laundromat.. Wtf. Customer service sucks. oh yea & I can't forget WHirpool.
I bought a refrigerator there and purchased a 10 year extended warranty. Now not working at all. Hhgregg will not respond and have given me serious runaround. Have been on phone with at least 10 " customer service" people and keep getting new phone numbers to call. A trip to the store and manager said he couldn't do anything but contact corporate office. That was over a week ago. So frustrating.
They advertised a 4 day Labor Day sale on mattresses. They don't have the mattresses. Now if you don't care what you have to pay they have a 3000 they have these in
I walked in to look at the home theatre area but ended up looking at the entire store for an hour and everyone that worked there was either on there phone or may plain no where to be found
