I requested qoute for move out and move in from HHG so that I could have my home repaired from water damage. Instead he made a decision for me and only provided a qoute for the move out. The reasoning was that he could not estimate the storage fees. Plus, they did not verbally inform me about the change, Instead did the old we put it the contract. The processes I designed for each shipment to flow properly just did not work in this scenario. I Highly recommend HHG Movers. From the moment I called to inquire about their services until they pulled away from my new home, the customer service and professionalism was excellent. Bay communicated weekly before the move. The day of the move he called before and after to make sure everything was satisfactory and going well. The guys that came was very polite and courteous. They done a great job. Worked non stop until they got finished. They covered the floors and door frames and wrapped furniture. I’d definitely recommend this company.
