Bunch of ghost jobbers. They do a national search, say they found someone better than you ( when you have 15 years experience in what you do) followed by never running introductory calls Based on the reviews here I'm not surprised they're auto rejecting without interviewing. The only folks with ticket resolution problems are the ones with operational problems.

Service is the worst. Tickets resolution time is a clever lie. They just bounce tickets around teams to extend the clock. Meanwhile all our visits are stuck with some cryptic error and cannot transmit to the MCO. Just awful. Chat agent Nachelle is unhelpful and a bit rude. I have been waiting on the phone for 25 mjnutes now as I write this and this is not even their heavy call time.

HHAexchange, You have the most horrible customer service that exists, neither in the chat, nor on the phone, you better close because what are you doing if you are of no use, it is a lack of respect for customers, ??????????????????????????
