My wife and I have wasted approximately $700 on buying junk from h&h in Columbus and Starkville. Stepping bars and tool box. Had trouble with both. Couldn't get either fixed or replaced. We were looked at like we were crazy when we wanted the merchandise replaced. Terrible way to run a so called business. PEOPLE BEWARE OF MERCHANDISE AT H&H. IT ISN'T WHAT YOU THINK. THE STORE DOESN'T STAND BEHIND WHAT THEY SALE !!!!!!!
The fellow that runs the store in Starkville just acts stupid. My wife and I bought an expensive set of stepping bars for our truck and they have been nothing but a headache because they rattle and squeak. Been to the store in Starkville and the boy that works there said he can't do anything about it. And won't give us another set. That is just wrong to try to run a business by acting like that to customers.
