(EDIT) everything you replied to me here is a lie. it was not over 2 months ago you finished the job july 31st, it has not even been a full month yet. also you say you had no interaction with me the entire time which is impossible since i was home the entire time. the toilet was not an upgrade. the concrete was not behind my building before you got here, and it is so far away from the house why would you have even looked back there? you seem to be better at lying than you are plumbing. They were amazing and responded so quickly to my calls. They gave me a much better price than other companies in Melbourne. The office manager was such a delight to talk to.
