These folks are so helpful and courteous. I have been in their office when angry people storm in with all sorts of ridiculous demands. If you don't like HOA living my advice is to move out. Pretty simple
I agree with Craig S. In my opinion, one star is being generous! If I knew what prestwick condo homeowners had to deal with, I would have never even considered purchasing one.
I find it amazing when people post negative things about an amazing company that is far beyond the competition. H&H Management LLC has to be the best H.O.A. Management company in the area. If you aren't involved in your community I suppose you don't understand how hard these people work for the communities they partner with.
they suck they and prestwick one and meridian management don't do anything but collect money and improve nothing. I bought a condo in prestwick and from day one had several roof leaks. it took them 17 months ...17MONTHS to fix it. they fixed it in 3 day when they found out I was selling and THEN put a lien on my condo because i refused to pay the HOA dues until it was fixed. H&H then took our assessments for 2016 at closing. I don't live there in 2016. avoid buying anything where H&H is involved and definitely stay away from... read more
