The ole "Bait and switch trick" What a joke ! Quote one price on the phone, talk to a person who claims that the quoted price is impossible (have it in a text), feels bad so he lowers it 50 bucks (omg, what a scholar). Staff needs trained so they know what they are doing. Nothing more frustrating knowing exactly what you want and have researched top to bottom and end up knowing more than the salesman. Had no problems- got what wanted, no stress car buying experience. ***Updated post, I have no problem bringing my car in for service here. I appreciate the flexibility in scheduling and support/updates from the service team. Everything is explained and there is minimal hassle. Also love the new location.
H&H STAFF REVIEW: Your sales people are very friendly, now all that is required is NO GAMES, aka lying, when a customer comes in and ask for a promotion product and you have nothing in stock, tell the customer up front, stop presenting, up selling coatings and protections (worthless).
