I bought a vehicle in May. Although, at the time, my experience seemed fine. I did feel a little pressure from my salesman at one point. My big issue is I paid $1400-$1500 for a Plan A. My understanding it is a protectant coating on the outside and inside of the vehicle, with a vehicle clean up. The vehicle I was shown was pretty dirty inside and I was assured that this would all get cleaned up with the $1400-$1500 Plan A. We have a 2023 Kia Niro and every time we come in for a service Colton Gardner is the best service advisor we could ever ask for! He always goes above and beyond to make sure the car lasts for a long long time. Overall we couldn't say enough good things about the dealership from the purchase all the way to the servicing, top notch forsure!
