I came here to buy an engagement ring and the staff, Julie Xu in particular, was extremely helpful. They helped me understand about different materials and options, and worked with me to make sure that I was happy and satisfied. There was no up-selling even though there was opportunity to do so, and I felt like I could trust them and they cared about my experience.
