Herb was great to work with. His craftsmanship and turnaround time were great. He assisted me with 3 plumbing related issues — regulator install, p-trap install/wall repair and replacing some shower system valves — all within one day. Above all, I appreciate his communication and follow through, which is hard to find with contractors. He genuinely cares about his work and is willing to educate when asked about specific topics.
