Charged my mother $700 for single pane glass repair on a door that should’ve cost $300 tops. Unfortunately, she didn’t call to consult with me first, only realizing later she was completely ripped off. The work was subpar as well.
Even though we didn’t use them the owner was booked that day but promised me he would be out the next morning and at 8am he called me to be on his way .my daughter had already hired another company and I didn’t know it but I was impressed at the prompt promised call and thanked issacs up and down
I reached out twice for a quote for window repair. The first time, Herbert didn’t respond. When I followed up a week later, he said he would come to my house the next day. Never showed up. So frustrating.
Extremely responsive - Hebert came out to our home the same day for an emergency (not to mention it was the holiday weekend!!). Would definitely recommend!
