THIS BROKERAGE TREATS CARRIERS UNFAIRLY AND REFUSES TO EVEN HEAR OUR SIDE. WE TRIED MULTIPLE TIMES TO CONTACT THEM AND PROVE WE ARE INNOCENT, BUT THEY ARE IGNORING US AND LEAVING A REPORT ON OUR MC. DRIVERS AND CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE CAREFUL WORKING WITH THEM.
In our experience with HH Express, we felt our concerns were not fairly considered. Despite making operational changes, they were unwilling to revisit a report posted on our MC. We believe brokers and carriers should evaluate companies based on their current performance, not just past issues.
