Drove 6 hours round trip to look at a new 2025 truck at H&H in Papillion with an agreement with Chelsey that they had the running boards and cover in stock at their parts store for us to take home and self install. Show up to get the truck and the parts store closed at noon. No one told us that and the parts weren’t pulled out for us. I needed coolant for my ram pickup. Had a leak. Couldn't go very far. I knew they were priced over double MSRP @ 45 dollars a gallon. But I needed it. I called Edwards in CB the next week when changing the water pump. Was only 20 dollars a gallon. Same exact part number. H and H has lost me as a customer for life. Just unacceptable.
I need a new tire rim and paid for it. Today 7/11 I checked to see when it will be in. The parts department Kelly confirmed it will not be in until November. They can get me a rim anywhere. Omg! Like they do the tires. I really will not be buying a car here!
