Crystal was great! She was personable, efficient, and worked quickly to get me on my way since she knew I needed to get to work. She understood the issue I explained and the techs worked quickly to get it fixed. They got my car fixed faster than I thought they would and Crystal communicated pick up options right away. The lounge with snacks is stocked and nice to enjoy while you wait. 10/10 for Crystal Only downside: The changed policy on rentals of charging $50 a day after two days was a surprise, since it used to be free. ... read more
