I was treated friendly and respectable. The associate did not send me a video of the car inspection, which I greatly appreciated when it was done at their last location. H&H did everything to provide me with full satisfaction and were very successful.
Was told to drop of vehicle on Tuesday. So we dropped off on Monday night as appointment was for 7 am on Tuesday. When I got there, they said now it wouldn't now be Wednesday or Thursday. I said ok, I guess. It is now Saturday and still not done. Took it in for #6 glow plug (witch is 2 hour job at most) and 5 days later noting. If your in the Omaha area I would not recommend this service. Coupple Chevrolet is in Louisville a few miles away with much better service. This will be my last time ever using this hack service. Don’t recommend anyone trading their vehicles. They will low ball your trade and give you an incentive for$4000 clunkers and still lower than Kbb. Not a good experience
