Just go support Brandwein's Bagels instead. They have better service and better food. I was explicitly told I didn't have an order placed because we "entered the wrong name" even after showing a full itemized and numbered receipt containing all the needed info. They later told the vendor that we purchased through that they actually have the order ready and won't refund because we haven't picked up. They still refuse to give any money back. Location is new. So clean and crisp atmosphere. Food is very good and fresh. Service could be a bit faster. They have sandwiches and hot bkfast sandwiches that take time to cook. Line gets long when waiting especially if a few bkfast orders are back to back to back. Theyvlose at 3pm.

I've been on the search for egg bagels since moving to NC and was delighted that this new place offers them. I bought a plain one (no cream cheese or anything) and it was delicious. I went back to try one of my favorites, a bagel and lox, on their egg bagel. Their Nova Salmon with the Works was fantastic. Just the right portions of everything.
