Giving a 5 star to Derrick from parts because I had been calling for over 24 hours to get in touch with Alma who never picks up to find out if my car was put together since I live an hour away it’s such a headache because each time I drop off I need to pay for a rental and Derrick within 5 mins was able to tell me yes it was! He is the real MVP and it’s because of him my experience with Nissan service was turned around. Alma needs to do a better job at responding to customers.
