I bought a car and was waiting for rates to go down before I did the financing and they promised they would help me refinance sure enough rates went down. I called them six months later and they’ve been pushing me around three months not returning my calls saying they would call me back and the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with and there’s a lot of shitty dealers out there.
Unfortunately, I had to deal with Faisal, who appears to be a family member of the owner. We weren’t able to reach a deal, which is perfectly fine — as a business owner myself, I understand that happens all the time.
