Mark looked after us above and beyond expected. The regular updates on our brand new triton Ute progress ( several add ons and ordered over Christmas break) and answered my questions and if unknown made a point in finding the correct answer. When Mark was unavailable Jamie stepped in and kept in touch also. We love our new triton and will definitely buy at HGH again ( Mitsubishi of course 😍)
Been here twice and never again for Nissan service first time buying from them and rude bad customer service and no response to email as sent to say how bad their service was and today asked them to fix the fuse box cover as been coming open ever time u opened the glove box send fixed go to put book back in and still the same told them lady took around to service team on returning I drove off unimpressed they realised they have done something to my screen on and would turn on so back again lady took it back to service team ... read more
Fantastic service from Jamie and all the staff. Everyone was so helpful and friendly. Great experience for our first new car.
Avoid at all costs!! Customer is always wrong according to Service Manager. Covers up when mechanics break car components, provides inconsistent repair advice per manafacturer guidelines and takes zero accountability. My advice, find another service team in Young and avoid this one.
10/10 Great service! The people where lovely to talk to and very helpful! Jamie drove 45min out of his way to pick me up from home and take me in to get my new car and Ben was wonderful and funny to talk to, overall it was a great experience !
