Wow! Just a really crappy attitude by you 'Customer Service' lady, when I inquired about getting some catalyst for my Milesi paint (the local contractor who resprayed our kitchen is out of business). Asked if there was a local retailer..."no, I can't help...maybe Google it"
All I needed was 3 measly cabinet hinges, and it was confusing because they all look so similar in the pictures. I called & spoke with Allen and asked him if I could send him a pic of what I needed. He promptly got back to me and told me which hinge I needed. I had to call with questions and he called me back right away. He took my order on Thursday and the hinges arrived on Friday. Place an order yesterday morning and received merchandise today by noon. Perfect order! The website is magnificent. Easy to use and leave no questions to ask. Payment was easy. Received PDF invoice within seconds. Photos and descriptions are excellent. I ordered very specialized cabinet hinges and they didn't just have them but they were easy to find. Very impressed by the extra ordinary service and excellence over all. Highly recommend this company.
