The medical assistant was the rudest medical employee I’ve ever met. The doctor who saw me said he would call me the following day to go over my x-rays. He also said he would call in a prescription. It has been 2 days and he has done neither. Edit: Within an hour of leaving this review, the doctor called and left me a voicemail stating that he had called me yesterday (he did not), and that my prescription had been sent to my pharmacy (it had not). Stay away from this urgent care.
The last few time we have been here we have NOT gotten a proper diagnosis for ear infections… two are small children and myself and just yesterday for my husband. We ended up going to Pennock where he got diagnosed with a nasty right ear infection and has alot of fluid in the left ear… we will NOT be seeing David anytime soon.
Showed up at the urgent care sign in after waiting for two hours. They tell me that people are signing in online and they come first never told me just let me sit there. No communication don’t go to this place.
