I went in with an open wound on my heal they didn’t even check it out as well as just left it open without putting anything over it. Very unprofessional and makes me wonder how they received any degree
My husband has been struggling with chest pains, heart attacks run in his family strongly. The first thing the receptionist said to my husband when he walked up to the counter was “of course you clicked chest pains for heart burn” in a condescending voice. My husband then proceeded to be there for 2 hours just for them to tell him to “go see his primary care doctor to get an EKG” tell my why they didn’t just tell him to do that or go to ER and not make him sit around for 2 hours in pain just to hear this? I got billed $130 and change for going in there, them taking my temp and telling me to buy Mucinex at Meijer next door. Wild. Next time I'll just tough it out. They seemed annoyed that I was even in there. Crazy!
Always get i quickly. Great a d caring
Last 5 times I've been here consistently waiting two-hours to be seen. Doesn't seem to matter what time of day or day of the week. Once seen never diagnos with anything and tell us to come back if symptoms get worse. Better off just going straight to hospital.
