My husband was recently seen there and the receptionist was rude because he wasn’t aware that he has to sign in on the kiosk. She made a comment like, “well no sense now, since you’re up here.” Some nurses were sweet but the doctor also thought it was appropriate to open the door and then talk about my husbands mental health. Absolutely ridiculous and unprofessional!
Very helpful people
Sitting at the front desk i was being asked questions that violate my HIPPA rights. Questions that should have been asked in the back in private. I did show the front desk lady on Google that is not allowed to be done. She said it was fine. I would love for someone to contact me before I co tact a lawyer. These rights are important as a medical professional myself.
