Do not go to the new building for a blood draw ! It's absolutely horrible, I sign in on the board and have to wait 20 minutes but there is nobody here ?
Absolutely love it here I'm so glad and happy I found this place. The doctor was right on time I got the works done and felt amazing. And my glasses came in early and they treated me with care and even got a goodie bag too!!
We have been there a couple times for emergency and they cannot find or do not bother to review patient's records. They refuse to give you the medicine that you need on time and don't allow you to have it from home. They are incapable of giving you a diagnosis unless the computer says so. Much less treatments. You go there with the flu, chest pain that's holding for hours, PE and they do nothing. They leave you to soak for hours in a bed and send you home without diagnostic, treatment or plan. Hayes Green Beach Hospital became a lost cause for 10+yrs, sorry to say, but that's my personal opinion due to several different issues to do with myself or a family member. And that's why it is now Sparrow! I noticed a difference not long after it became Sparrow! Every aspect got better & it got better pretty fast! Everything from giving blood, getting X-rays, customer service, paying a bill, Emergency room efficiency to sleep apnea testing. Everything just became better in a lot of positive ways!
