I went to pick up my platform attachments for my walker(I called ahead of time to make sure they had them) Not only did they have them, Ms. Nikki was courteous, professional and very helpful over the phone and in person. She went above and beyond to help me get what I needed (workmans comp issues). Great customer service is rare these days..not for this company. My experience was great. I would definitely recommend them.

I called for some supplies. I was given an appointment several days away at a specific time. I arrived on time. No patients in the lobby. Eventually someone asked to assist. Ten minutes passed with no help. Finally the tech escorted me to a room where there was a small amount of items laying on a table. She could not answer my questions about one of the items (question about the size of the item). It was the incorrect item and she could not provide me with a cost for the upgraded item. My doctor set me up with them to get my cpap equipment. Everything was initially fine getting my equipment but I have been having problems with using the mask provided. The resupply company has called me twice since then wanting to send me my replacement equipment both times i’ve told them I’ve tried speaking to the office about a new mask that was more comfortable. I have left probably eight messages and was promised a manager would call me the very next morning 6 to 8 months later still have not heard from anybody..
