At first everything was great but.... We felt we had a good price for the work to be done which was refinishing our hardwood floors on the main level and to replace the carpet on the stairs with hardwood floors. There were a couple of areas that needed to be retouched and HG was willing to correct but there were areas that had discoloring on the floor that needed to be addressed.
