We had Tom and Hayden out today and these guys were outstanding!!! We have had summers here 6x in the past 2 years to fix out ac units and they have never done a darn thing to improve , just tried to run out our time on our warranty!! We called H & G on Monday they were here by the Wednesday and by Thursday we have ice cold air. I mean ICE cold. We had leaks and zero Freon on the system yet summers never mentioned a word about any of it!!! If you need anything pluming heating or AC especially!! These are your guys!!! Ask for... read more
I had a frozen pipe leading to the outdoor spigot that burst, and Sam came out to diagnose the issue and recommend a solution. He replaced the old PVC pipe with a more durable material, improving the setup overall (see photo). The repair was in a tight, messy area under the deck and in very cold weather — not an easy job — but Sam handled it efficiently and professionally. My wife and I own the Haverstock Funeral Home here in La Porte. Our air-conditioning system was 37 years old for the Funeral Home and H&G Installed a new high efficient system and so far it has been perfect. 150 people In the chapel in the temperature holding exactly where I’ve said it.
