Most staff are very pleasant and friendly. My physician before he retired was located there since they opened. Very nice place to go but like all places now hard to see a dr..
Had a 2:10 appointment today. I checked in. Saw at least 6 patients come in after me got seen and left. Waited until 3:15 and told receptionist I was there over an hour. I left. Probably won't be back, will check to see if Aurora is taking new patients.
Dr Ballard almost killed my significant other! How? He went in because he had been feeling ill and run down for days. He had every single symptom of Diabetic Ketoacidosis and had blood work done to check. He was sent home instead of to the hospital! I convinced him to go to the emergency room at Aurora and sure enough, he was dying! Dr Ballard's office never called him with the results and didn't have them for many days!
