The project was done in a timely manner, with efficiency and his crew showed up everyday. Very clean and I am very pleased with the results. On top of that , Howard jumped thru hoops to work with my building management, all the paperwork and more. Excellent Work!!

Howard has done a number of jobs for me over the last 10 years. He has 32 years of experience, his work has been impeccable, neat, keeping to the schedule. I just can't say enough positive about Howard Molen and HFM Company!
The price was most reasonable. I loved the fact that his crew came to do the work and did not leave until they finished (unlike many other contractors in this city). The first project was a complete new kitchen and a redo of my 1/2 bath. Then later they renovated the rest of our apartment , completely rewiring the electrical and sanding/refinishing our hardwood floors!
Terrific - I would give him 10 stars if I could! His people are reliable , prices are reasonable and the job holds up. What else can I say?
