Apparently it's wholesale so don't expect sales staff to rush out to help. I eventually got Andy who was helpful but very hard to understand due to his accent. Prices are not shown so you need an employee. Only 3 seen and two didn't know prices. Ground saturated due to recent rain so avoid after a rain, wear boots, be prepared to have wet feet. I got a nice Fukien Tea in 8" ceramic pot for $50. Plants need some work i.e. prebonsai. Andy prefers cash. If using a credit card you pay extra. Bottom line: if you want a good deal ... read more

Horrible customer service, they make you think you are bothering. Plants have no price tag, so you need to ask. Very high prices. Anyway, there are plenty of bonsais.

Used to be great prices and friendly service. Now it’s just friendly service (with the one exception of being told to go home if I don’t like his prices). They used to bargain and usually gave 10% or so discount for large purchases. No more. It’s probably because it’s getting more difficult to keep good inventory, but whatever the reason, unless upy’re in the neighborhood (and we’re not), probably not worth the long drive unless you really need a big pot for $100 or more.
