H&F Exteriors did a great job repairing the siding on my home after I had a small fire. The crew put in long hours, in the heat, to get everything just right and finished on time. Jill made the whole process easy, worked with my insurance company, and explained everything to me before I signed any paperwork/agreements. I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends.
We were hit by debris during a tornado and it was a very difficult time to begin with. We needed to get the roof fixed first before we could do anything else on the inside. Addison was always there to help right away or to explain how things worked right away and he walked us through it every step of the way. I saw the positive reviews, so I called to schedule an estimate for a roof replacement and other work. Unfortunately an Ai agent answered the phone, and the experience was predictably bad and off putting. For one, its response times to voice were terrible. Secondly, it leaves a really bad impression about how it will be dealing with a company, and how much stock they put into the value of my time and the overall experience. Get rid of the Ai, and staff someone to answer the damned phone. I’m sure can afford it.
From my first phone call to H&F Exteriors, to the final walk through with the project manager, my experience with this company was exceptional. I was made aware of the process and progress throughout, and I truly felt I was working with a company who cared about their customer. Not only were the installers (8 windows) professional and their work high quality, but they were courteous and polite the entire time they worked in and around my home.
