My only experience is with Chris. I hired him paid a retainer ($5k if I remember correctly) for a small business matter. It was over a customer trying to personally Sue me. I had zero personal involvement in his contract or pricing, and our contract was between the company and the customer, as well as having a very strong arbitration clause.
