Quiet building, residents mostly to themselves. However, the owner does not seem to care about building maintenance or resident issues. The apartment I lived in was constantly filled with what appeared to be smoke. I dont smoke. Not sure if it was from the neighbors but the whole apartment just seemed hazy and foggy most of the time. Made it hard to breathe. I had to move out after a couple months of mentioning it and getting no where with the owner.
