First time user, part of a large HOA community... probably the last... Jumping off the 5-star Heys bandwagon of reviews on here, 1 star will do... Sergio and Ray did good work (FL replacement via DW access) completed 1day as promised, professional as expected. It's Heys management (Dale) and front office (Amanda, Jen) to blame for this "Could've been better". My hot water heater was leaking, and Heys plumbing sent a technician to my home in less than 30 minutes to drain and remove the old water heater. Then, the technician installed a brand new water heater. The total job was completed in less than two hours. Employees are friendly and respectful of property. Highly recommend!!!
No matter how good a plumbing business is, sometimes things can go wrong on a job. The true measure of excellence is how things are resolved. Heys Plumbing proved to me that they have integrity by how they handled a difficult situation. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a good and trustworthy plumber.
Used them twice. Both service men were great. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Had service yesterday, for 2 issues, one of which the service guy said it was an easy fix that I could handle myself. The other issue, he barely spent an hour total to fix. Well, the "easy fix" on the second issue was not so easy for us and I called back today to see if he could come back out under the same service fee we were charged yesterday ($160!!!!)
