Used them twice. Both service men were great. Professional, knowledgeable and helpful. Had service yesterday, for 2 issues, one of which the service guy said it was an easy fix that I could handle myself. The other issue, he barely spent an hour total to fix. Well, the "easy fix" on the second issue was not so easy for us and I called back today to see if he could come back out under the same service fee we were charged yesterday ($160!!!!) I recently had a pipe spring a leak at a small retail store I own in Valencia. I called Heys plumbing and within an hour they were there fixing the leak. The technician was very professional while dealing with me on the phone. I felt he went above and beyond what was expected of him. If I get the misfortune of another plumbing problem, I will definitely be calling them again! Thanks Heys!
They were sent out by our HOA to inspect a sealing leak, apparently it was a bathtub gasket leak due to wear and tear and the parts that they used cost about $50. I went ahead and asked them to fix the issue and they came back with a ridiculous amount for the job they did $875. Buying a new tub is twice cheaper! They haven’t even showed the parts that they replaced and no communication either. Would not recommend them.
