Alec arrived on time and he was very courteous and professional. He sourced the part needed to fix the stiff-to-use tap for the shower/tub and installed it quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend McCullers in future.

Great customer service! Got me an estimate quickly and performed the install in a timely manner. This was my second hot water heater in two homes and I couldn’t be happier.
Very disappointed. I asked for an estimate to replace just a toilet and was quoted very high price, actually 300.00 higher then the other two quotes I got. The estimate was, according to website, to be free. Here it is, two months later, and I just now receive a email that I owe the $150.00 for the estimate with no grace days to pay. Issued the invoice 11/28 with a due date of 11/28 but didn’t email it until 12/03. . I paid it to prevent future issues. Don’t recommend if you are on a budget.
