The front desk staff was very friendly. Ivy was extremely knowledgeable and kind. She answered all of my questions, made me feel comfortable, gave me realistic advice on products and application techniques, and discussed a plan to help me prep for my upcoming wedding. It was hands-down the best facial I've ever had. I'm looking forward to future facials with Ivy!
