Marcel was amazing! He is the reason that I had a great experience. He understood my skin concerns and matched products to my needs. Days later I still feel the difference in my skin. I’m someone who regularly receives facials but in a more traditional spa setting, so the Heyday model is new for me, but I would return for Marcel!
The front desk person was very kind checking me in. My esthetician, Marcel, answered the few questions I had and let me know throughout the facial what they were doing. They checked in periodically as well which I appreciated. A great first facial and looking forward to more.
Kameeka is the absolute best. She takes really great care of my face.
Tairyn was very welcoming and took her time explaining EVERYTHING to me. She was genuinely interested in my skin health and recent journey, offering her own story to healthy skin. She not only helped me relax but also reassured me.
Everyone was incredibly kind, from the receptionist to the esthetician, Claire. I also appreciated getting recommendations for skin care and receiving education on what processes I was unaware of. I received nano infusion services. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’d highly recommend it to anyone!
