Spa prices without the spa experience or treatment. This was probably the worst facial I have ever had especially at the price point of almost $250 (plus tip) and a 35 min treatment. Didn’t do anything I asked for just lathered on some creams and serums. No steam no extractions just a heavy sales pitch for membership and products. No thanks!

Natalie was very gentle and very very informative. Not at all demeaning while letting me know what we can do to help improve my skin! Also front desk girls were very sweet, welcoming and attentive!
I’ve been attending regular facials since November 2023 with Natalie. Natalie is super personable, explains all the products she uses, and makes sure you’re comfortable. I have sensitive areas on my face and Natalie is always careful not to make anything worse if I’m having a particularly sensitive face day! She’s the best.
